EMCI

Since 2007, Boğaziçi University has been a member of the European Masters in Conference Interpreting (EMCI), a consortium of universities — supported by DG SCIC of the European Commission and DG LINC of the European Parliament — offering postgraduate programmes in conference interpreter training.  EMCI member institutions pursue a common policy on student recruitment and assessment and are committed to quality maintenance and regular reviews of the programme to adapt to changing needs and new developments.
